This picture has nothing to do with Donny's birthday. So Italia is obsessed with water if its in her sight she will find away to it, Donny has a problem with leaving his water where Italia can easily get it. So we were watching a movie and I notice Italia is over by the side table so I say "Donny I think Italia is in your water" Donny reached over to grab it and this is what he found.
