house update

Well on Saturday we headed out to Twin Falls to pack up the rest of our stuff. Thank you Jared for letting us borrow your big trailor since our stuff took up way more room than anticipated. The new owner are even going to inherit a microwave and water dispenser since we had no room. We should be getting the papers in the mail on Wed or Thurs and we will sign them and send them back and then our house will be officially sold. So I only have a few more days of holding my breath.
We are currently finishing up getting our construction loan so we hope to be building before to long. We have had our offer accepted on a lot out in Rigby. We really love where it is at. It is one acre lot it Rigby so it gives the small town country feel Donny likes without neighbors breathing down your back. However, it is in a subdivison and right next to the new elementry and middle schools so it gives the city feel and safety that I am use to. It is the best of both worlds and we are both way excited for our house to get started. We are getting really antsy.

Good News

I mentioned in my last post that Donny was taking his journeyman test on Saturday. Well, he passed. It is nice to be done with that stage of life. No more school for Donny. At least not for awhile. Maybe in a while he may want to further his education but it is my turn now. I am not sure if I will start during the fall or wait until next year we will have to see.

At the Zoo

Well today Destinee, Dreadyn, Italia, and I went to the Zoo. Italia and I needed to get out of the house to let Donny study because he is taking is electrical journeyman test tomorrow. When I got in the car to leave it started raining so I told Dest that I would just come over to her house after I ran an errand. By the time I was done with the errand it was "sunny" Idaho's version of sunny so we decided to give the zoo a try. Italia and Dreadyn loved the zoo. The monkeys were the fav since they were active. And for one year olds they need the animals to be moving around to really recognize them. Italia and Drea roared at the lion's, Italia's roar was a little more scary Drea's was more like a baby lion. At the end it started to sprinkle so we headed to the monkey house one last time. Both girls came home with a stuffed monkey to remind them of our fun time. Drea thanked me with a monkey thank you "e e oo oo"

Alvin and the Chipmunks

So Italia's favorite movie is Alvin and the Chipmunks. We seriously watch it at least twice a day sometimes more. The movie really isn't all that long. Her favorite parts are the singing and dancing parts and she waves her hands and bounces up and down and my favorite is when she stands up and shakes her hips. It is so cute. Italia will actually watch the whole movie though not just the music parts. She laughs and some of the parts almost everytime she watches it.
Sometimes when she is grouchy and everything I do doesn't work I will put in Alvin and she is happy. Sometimes she needs to just relax and lays on a pillow with a baba and watches the show. Don't worry we don't do this all day she gets plenty of other play and activities.

Sunday

Well yesterday I got called to be a nursery helper. I am not overly sure how I feel about this. The good thing is we have a pretty small ward so their can't be that many kids and I only have to help out every other Sunday. After church we played outside for a little bit while dinner was cooking then after dinner I took Donny to work. Donny Works out of town his current schedule is he leaves Sunday night, I take him out to his job headquarters then he drives a company vehicle to Challis works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, comes home that night and has the rest of the week off. Donny is really liking his new job so we are glad we made the move.
